Elite Futsal Charleston (EFC) is a youth futsal organization operating in Charleston, South Carolina. It stands as the largest US Soccer sanctioned futsal league within South Carolina. EFC is an affiliate of U.S. Youth Futsal, which is itself an affiliate of US Soccer.
