Terms of use
Short, because there is not much to it: PlayGrown is free, it is a record you keep, and we try not to lose it.

Who may use it
Accounts are for adults. A player card must be created by that child's parent or guardian — not by a coach, a club, a team-mate or another family.
What you agree to
- Only create a card for a child you are responsible for.
- Do not put another person's personal information into a card or a note.
- Do not use the club directory to contact clubs or families in bulk.
- Do not attempt to reach cards, logs or accounts that are not yours.
What we agree to
- Keep your card private unless you share it, and let you revoke a share link.
- Never show or store a photograph of a child.
- Delete a card and everything attached to it when you ask.
- Tell you before collecting anything new — see the privacy page.
What this is not
It is not a scouting service, a ranking, or an assessment of anybody's ability. The self-ratings in the match log are a child's own opinion of their own game, recorded for their own benefit, and mean nothing outside that.
The service itself
PlayGrown is provided as it is, free of charge. We take care with the data and keep backups, but we cannot promise the service will never be unavailable. Directory information is compiled from public sources and may be out of date; a club's own word beats ours.
Ending it
You can delete a card, or ask us to close your account, at any time. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms.
